I wish I was more a fan of shrimp, but I just can't do it. I can eat them occasionally, like when we do hibachi or something like that, but I would never order them specifically. Usually if a dish comes with shrimp I ask them to leave it off.

It's totally fair, @bozz —everyone has their own taste preferences. Luckily, there are plenty of other delicious proteins you can substitute for shrimp in your recipes. If you enjoy fish balls, they can be a great alternative. Or, you could try using tofu, or chicken to add that extra bit of flavor and texture to your veggie dishes. It’s all about finding the right balance and what works best for your taste. Whether it’s shrimp or not, enjoying your meals and being satisfied with what you’re eating is what matters most.

We usually stick with chicken for most stuff as my wife is not a fan of beef or fish. She's a pretty great cook and comes up with some interesting dishes for us.
