- avocado
- cherry tomato
- baby spinach
- cucumber
- spring onion
- pieces of tuna
- olive oil
- Lemon juice
- salt
Peel and halve the avocado, then cut it into cubes
Cut the cherry tomato in half, then mix with the avocado
Peel a cucumber and cut it into rings, then mix with avocado and tomato
Add baby spinach and finely chopped spring onions to a plate with cucumber, avocado and tomato
Add olive oil, a little lemon juice and salt, mix everything
Finally, add the pieces of tuna, well drained of oil and liquid from the can
