This is an interesting recipe. I was wondering how'd you turn a salad into a soup, fascinating. I also see some high quality mozzarella di bufala, you already know I'll love this 😀

Mozarella should be from BuffalobiNsons of course ;-)
The one from cow are cheaper and also taste ok but the buffalo have the better consistence.
