I love every bit of this post! It is really impressive that you make your own wine, even more so when they are made with medicinals - rosehip, blackberry, elderberry - all of my favorites! If you havent already, a post about your wine making process would be so interesting. Thanks for sharing, I feel really inspired, especially by the rosehip wine, that one in particular sounds very love-enducing.

Making wine is really fascinating, I'd be happy to share more about the process sometime, I don't use any chemical ingredient. These berries are powerful as you know and they tasted so nice mixed together, superior than shop bought wine. Enchanting quality indeed.
