Hello my dears! I hope you are well. Today I am with you sharing a very easy and quick to prepare sweet, it does not have the best appearance but I assure you that it is very delicious.
Les quiero mostrar una forma rápida y simple de preparar un delicioso masaclote de banana y cacao.
I want to show you a quick and simple way to prepare a delicious banana and cocoa masaclote.
Ingredientes
- Cinco bananas maduras 🍌 Five ripe bananas.
- Dos cucharadas de cacao puro 🍌 Two tablespoons of pure cocoa.
- Una cucharada de mantequilla 🍌 One tablespoon of butter.
- Una pizca de canela en polvo 🍌 A pinch of cinnamon powder.
- Cinco cucharadas de azúcar 🍌 Five tablespoons of sugar.
- Una pizca de sal 🍌 A pinch of salt.
Preparación
La preparación es muy rápida y simple, primero se deben cortar rojadas dela banana y colocar en un caldero, preferiblemente de metal y antiadherente.
The preparation is very quick and simple, first cut red banana slices and place them in a cauldron, preferably metal and non-stick.
Luego de eso se coloca mantequilla sobre las bananas.
After that, butter is placed on top of the bananas.
todo se mezcla un poco y se coloca a fuego medio, no se puede dejar de mezclar durante dos minutos.
all mix a little and place over medium heat, do not stop mixing for two minutes.
Cuando pasan esos minutos, la banana cambia de color, en ese momento se agrega el azúcar y se continúa mezclando.
When those minutes pass, the banana changes color, at that moment add the sugar and continue mixing.
Cuando se mezcla el azúcar con la fruta, sueltan un poco de humedad, en ese momento se va a crear una masa densa de todos los ingredientes, a eso se le llama masaclote.
When the sugar is mixed with the fruit, they release a little moisture, at that moment a dense mass of all the ingredients will be created, this is called masaclote.
Ahí se va a colocar el cacao y todos los ingredientes se incorporan.
The cocoa will be placed there and all the ingredients are incorporated.
Cómo les comenté al principio del artículo, este dulce no tiene una aparencia idónea pero de verdad que es divino. Luego de dejar enfriar unos minutos a temperatura ambiente se pueden colocar en envases y guardar en la nevera.
As I mentioned at the beginning of the article, this candy does not have an ideal appearance but it is really divine. After cooling for a few minutes at room temperature, they can be placed in containers and stored in the refrigerator.

Me gusta preparar este tipo de postres cuando no tengo muchas ganas de preparar algo complejo o cuando no tengo mucho tiempo para cocinar. También se pueden acompañar con frutos secos o chispas de chocolate extras para agregar mayor textura. Es muy delicioso!
I like to prepare this kind of desserts when I don't feel like preparing something complex or when I don't have much time to cook. They can also be accompanied with extra nuts or chocolate chips to add more texture. It is very delicious!
