You look great on this colour Anggrek. I love how you match them together. This colour means lucky in Vietnamese so we often wear it on Tet holiday.

Ah Fried casava, never try it before. I ate a lot of boiled casava but we dont fried it.

In here, people boil cassava first, then fry cassava with deep fry method. This way to create crispy texture :)

Oh thats true. It is hard to deep fry raw cassava. I will ask my Mom to buy some cassava for me when I am back home so I can try this recipe.
