Yesterday I just visited a culinary that went viral. The location is in Bius village, Silih Nara sub-district, Central Aceh district. The name of the shop is Bakso Mercon Barupi.

Ayer acabo de visitar una culinaria que se volvió viral. La ubicación es en el pueblo de Bius, subdistrito de Silih Nara, distrito de Aceh Central. El nombre de la tienda es Bakso Mercon Barupi.
Like the name of the shop, the menu served there is mostly spicy, that's why it's called firecrackers. Many kinds of meatballs are provided there. The most and most sought after by visitors are the menu of meatballs lava and meatball firecrackers.
The menu became a bestseller at the shop. The place is simple like a meatball stall at Generally, seats without chairs go directly to the floor that is given a patch, we sit on the terrace on the 2nd floor of the shop which is directly opposite the highway. The soccer field next to the shop is also a safe vehicle parking facility.
Al igual que el nombre de la tienda, el menú que se sirve allí es mayormente picante, por eso se llama petardos. Allí se proporcionan muchos tipos de albóndigas. Lo más y más buscado por los visitantes es la carta de albóndigas de lava y petardos de albóndigas.

Because there are so many visitors to the meatball, the place is often full until the field next to the stall is set up a mat for visitors who don't get a place inside the stall. For the taste of the meatballs at the Basko Barumpi stall, it is also different from other meatball stalls, the taste of the meatballs is chewy and tastes like meat, if you have 80% of the meat, 20% of the flour taste, for the taste and aroma of the seasoning is also very distinctive, it makes you want to go again and again if you have tried it once.
El lugar es de fácil acceso porque está al lado de la autopista, al lado de la Policía del Distrito de Silihnara. And the most interesting thing is that these lava meatballs are served not in a cone but in a special hot container, namely an iron container that is cooked on the stove and served directly to the customer, without moving it to another place. The container is covered with wood underneath as in the picture I took. The lava meatballs are served together with the sauce prepared in a bowl.

In addition to the meatball menu, there are also various drinks available. We ordered ice lemontea drinks. With a price of Rp. 10.000.00 per cup. The appearance of the lemon tea drink is also added with creations with basil seeds and jelly in it, making it look and taste even more fresh.
También se proporcionan platos, cucharas y cuchillos vacíos para dividir grandes albóndigas de lava. Para aumentar la sensación de comerlo, vertimos la salsa del bol en un recipiente caliente que contenía las albóndigas de lava.
Luego, las grandes albóndigas de lava se abren y están listas para comer.
