En el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rica receta y super fácil de hacer, ideal para un almuerzo completo y nutritivo, con vegetales y proteínas para llenarte de energías, se trata de carne encebollada, ensalada rayada, plátanos, arroz y papas a la ajillo. Este almuerzo lo preparé para 4 personas.

Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe and super easy to make, ideal for a complete and nutritious lunch, with vegetables and protein to fill you with energy, it is meat onions, shredded salad, plantains, rice and garlic potatoes. I prepared this lunch for 4 people.

Ingredientes || Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg de carne

  • 1 zanahoria

  • 5 papas

  • 300 grms de arroz blanco

  • 2 cebolla

  • Aceite

  • Sal, regano y pimienta al gusto.

  • 1/2 kg of meat

  • 1 carrot

  • 5 potatoes

  • 300 grms of white rice

  • 2 onions
    2 onions * Oil

  • Salt, salt and pepper to taste.



Instrucciones:/ Intructions


  • Lo primero es picar en trozos las papas y colocar agua sal cocinarla hasta que ablanden.

  • Luego preparamos la ensalada cruda rayamos la zanahoria y picamos en cubos pequeños la cebolla, aderezamos con sal y una cucharada de aceite.

  • Es hora de preparar la carne, la aderece con sal, pimienta y orégano y coloque en un sartén con aceite y luego añadí las cebollas, y en unos minutos apague.

  • Seguidamente preparamos el arroz y freímos los plátanos.
