And yes, Hive inspired me but also influenced me so much. Reading about others' use of herbs and then seeing what grows here, etc. It is such a reciprocal relationship. The more you learn the more you share and so on.
Oh I am so happy I can do this! As I am very new to the field (I think 5 years now) with no prior knowledge, I feel I am breaking boundaries that other's have not yet. As in the case of mixing these herbs and using it in different dishes. We are creatures of habit and sometimes people do not like to think beyond the box, and I like to break the boxes! (Sometimes I do not succeed haha, but with failure, we learn right).
