Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es un placer para mi estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo unas deliciosas Salchichas de Pescado, les confieso que desde hace tiempo quería hacer estas sabrosas salchichas pero estaba en busca del pescado ideal, ya que debe ser uno con bastante carne y desde hace días lo encontre; se trata del malacho. Así que en la tarde de hoy lo hice y lo disfrute mucho. Son muy fáciles de hacer, a continuación les muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.
Greetings my dear friends from Foodies Bee Hive, it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you some delicious Fish Sausages, I confess that I have wanted to make these tasty sausages for a long time but I was looking for the ideal fish, since it must be one with a lot of meat and for days I found it; It's about the bad guy. So today afternoon I did it and I really enjoyed it. They are very easy to make, below I show you the step by step for their preparation.
• 475 gramos de pulpa de malacho
• 30 gramos de cebolla morada
• 6 gramos de ajo
• 1 huevo
• 1/2 cucharadita de sal
• 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
• 1/2 cucharadita de paprika dulce molida
Ingredients:
• 475 grams of malacho pulp
• 30 grams of red onion
• 6 grams of garlic
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
Step by step:
Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación del día rallando la cebolla y el ajo por el lado pequeño del rallador.
We are going to start our preparation for the day by grating the onion and garlic on the small side of the grater.
Seguidamente incorporamos la pulpa del pescado y luego agregamos el huevo, la sal, la pimienta, paprika. Removemos con una cuchara hasta integrar todos los ingredientes. Y ya queda lista nuestra preparación.
Next we add the fish pulp and then add the egg, salt, pepper, paprika. We stir with a spoon until all the ingredients are integrated. And our preparation is ready.
Ahora agregamos la preparación en una manga repostera; tomamos unos de los rectángulos que hemos hecho con bolsa plástica y vamos a colocar un poco de la mezcla del pescado, tal y como pueden apreciar en la imagen. Envolvemos muy bien y apretamos los extremos para después asegurar con tiras de bolsas plásticas apretadas con nudos. Continuamos haciendo este paso hasta acabar con la mezcla. Con estas cantidades nos rinde para 19 salchichas pequeñas.
Now we add the preparation in a pastry bag; We take some of the rectangles that we have made with a plastic bag and we are going to place a little of the fish mixture, as you can see in the image. We wrap very well and tighten the ends and then secure with strips of plastic bags tightened with knots. We continue doing this step until the mixture is finished. With these quantities we make 19 small sausages.
Luego colocamos una olla con agua al fuego, y cuando empiece a hervir agregamos las salchichas y dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo por 15 minutos. Una vez pasado el tiempo retiramos del agua y disponemos en un plato.
Then we place a pot of water on the heat, and when it starts to boil we add the sausages and let it cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Once the time has passed, we remove it from the water and place it on a plate.
Después le quitamos la envoltura a 6 de ellas y colocamos una sartén al fuego, agregamos un poco de aceite y al estar caliente las incorporamos. Cocinamos hasta dorar por todos los lados; retiramos del fuego una vez listas disponemos en un plato.
Then we remove the wrapper from 6 of them and place a frying pan on the heat, add a little oil and when it is hot we add them. We cook until golden brown on all sides; We remove from the heat once ready and place on a plate.
Servimos, decoramos con limón y paprika dulce molida. Y a disfrutar de estas deliciosas Salchichas de Pescado.
We serve, decorate with lemon and ground sweet paprika. And enjoy these delicious Fish Sausages.
