Hi, what a privilege to know how to prepare sushi and enjoy the result at home. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it. I have had sushi about four times, one of them was very disappointing. I like tempura roles, they are my favorite. I've been craving them for a long time, so I'll try them again soon in a good restaurant. Regards.
