Since I had a frozen chicken breast, today I decided to make a chicken dish with penne pasta and a cream curry sauce. Until now, I had made a similar dish with rice and also added pineapple, but I was curious how this dish would taste with pasta.
Ponieważ miałam zamrożoną pierś z kurczaka postanowiłam zrobić sobie dzisiaj danie z kurczakiem i makaronem penne i w śmietanowym sosie z curry. Dotychczas robiłam podobne danie z ryżem i dodawałam też ananasa, ale ciekawa byłam jak to danie będzie smakowało z makaronem.
Ingredients:
penne pasta
chicken breast
cream
curry
pepper and salt
onion
Składniki:
makaron penne
pierś z kurczaka
śmietana
curry
pieprz i sól
cebula
As is my habit, I started cooking the pasta first, meanwhile I cut the chicken and fry the onion and the diced chicken.
Tradycyjnie, najpierw wzięłam się za gotowanie makaronu, a w międzyczasie pokroiłam kurczaka i usmażyłam cebulkę i kurczaka pokrojonego w kostkę.
At one point, while frying, I also added curry, cream and pepper and salt. I mixed them with fried chicken and onion.
W pewnym momencie, podczas smażenia dodałam też curry, śmietanę ora pieprz i sól. Wymieszałam je z podsmażonym kurczakiem i cebulką.
Later, I also added the cooked pasta and mixed it with all the ingredients.
Później dodałam też ugotowany makaron i wymieszałam go z wszystkimi składnikami.
When the dish was ready I sprinkled it with grated cheese, which melted quickly. This chicken is delicious with noodles and curry sauce and cheese. It can be quite a competition for pasta with tomato sauce 😉
Gdy danie było gotowe posypałam je startym żółtym serem, który szybko się rozpuścił. Pyszny jest taki kurczak z makaronem i sosem z curry, a do tego żółtym serem. Może stanowić niezłą konkurencję dla makaronu z pomidorowym sosem 😉
