Hi! I just wanted to ask if savoy cabbage tastes the same as white cabbage. In my town, we usually eat white cabbage because that's what the farmers grow. I really hope they start growing savoy cabbage too. I saw this amazing dish made with savoy cabbage, and it looked so delicious. I'm really curious to try cooking with it!

Yes, savoy cabbage really is a great type of cabbage. I think it's softer than white cabbage and also perfect for stews and these roulades. Savoy cabbage is easily recognisable by its curly leaves, which are very tasty. White cabbage, on the other hand, is ideal for salads and sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is the German word for fermented cabbage that is stewed. Very healthy.
