Something different on our Tuesday lunch which we all take turns to prepare and all eat together
Grilled chicken, rice, seaweed, carrots, red pepper, bean sprouts, sesame seeds and soya sauce
Poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish and sushi originates in Japan. Hawaiian food takes a lot of influence from Japanese food, but poke is Hawaiian.

This was a very good and pleasing meal and best of all, healthy. Anastasia did a good job. The team meals have been interesting and great that there's always something new. Its a good time for bonding and fellowship eating together once per week as work is extremely busy and this just forces one to relax a little.
My turn coming up soon again and I will definitely go the raclette way again.
