like it is very tasty and nutritious, if in my country the hokkaido pumpkin is not found. can it be replaced with another type of pumpkin?

Thanks for the kind words 😊 I think you can use any kind of pumpkin, only they will be slightly different in taste, but pumpin soup should be delicious anyway😋
