Oh I really got the point, I am a person who would only love to eat any meat with no bone too. The taste might be different, but it easy to eat, and really yummy. Well, on this one place including with many good ingredients that is healthy to the body. The things that I would be doubted about is that in your region they would have only this less amount of rice like this on the place or it just about the decoration. Well, I found that people in my region consumed a lot of rice it just seems weird to me this point. Have a wonderful day my dear, your cooking blog is always amazing.

Greetings, yes here in my region the amount of rice that is carbohydrate is eaten but in small portions like this one or maybe a little less.
