El pescado es uno de los alimentos que más me gusta, pero lo comemos poco porque no a toda la familia le gusta, así que lo hacemos de vez en cuando, pero ayer fui al supermercado y no me pude resistir de comprar atún, y un rico Filet de Merluza que tanto me gusta.

Recuerdo que mi padre vendía pescado y esté era el que más traía a casa, lo que más me gusta es que es pura pulpa y nada de espinas, eso también les encanta a mis hijos.

Por eso la receta que les he traído hoy, es un "Delicioso Filet de Merluza al ajillo", así que manos a la obra mis queridos creativos cocineros, vamos a comenzar con está receta sencilla pero muy sabrosa.

  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • Medio Limón
  • 15 cabezas de Ajo
  • Aceite

Paso 1: Lo primero que haremos será sazonar nuestro filet, le agregamos un poco de sal y luego pimienta para darle un poco más de gusto, en realidad a mi me encanta la pimienta.
