Hola amigos hoy les traigo una receta un poco diferente, muy deliciosa y sencilla de preparar. Ideal para los pequeños de la casa.

INGREDIENTES

½ de agua.
⅓ de taza de harina de trigo.
1 huevo.
1 cucharada de azucar.
1 pizca de sal.
1 cucharada de vainilla
2 cucharadas de mantequilla.

INGREDIENTS
½ of water.

1 egg.
1 spoon of sugar.
1 pinch of salt.
1 spoon of vanilla
2 butter spoons.

PREPARACIÓN:

En un olla agregamos el agua, azúcar, sal, llevamos al fuego y revolvemos hasta disolver el azúcar y la sal.

PREPARATION:

Agregamos la mantequilla y revolvemos hasta que se derrita por completo.

Una vez disuelta la mantequilla agregamos la harina y procedemos a mezclar muy rápido hasta que se integre todo muy bien.

Luego de que todo se integre, retiramos del fuego y con la ayuda de una cuchara seguimos mezclando hasta sacarle un poco el vapor pero sin dejar que se enfrié del todo.

After everything is integrated, we remove it from the heat and with the help of a spoon we continue mixing until the steam is removed a little but without letting it cool completely.

En este punto agregamos el huevo, la vainilla y batimos hasta obtener una mezcla suave y homogénea.

Colocamos la mezcla en una manga pastelera o en una bolsita resistente y procedemos a hacer los profiteroles 1 por 1 dejando un pequeño espacio entre ellos en una bandeja antiadherente o que este engrasada y enharinada.

We place the mixture in a pastry bag or a sturdy bag and proceed to make the profiteroles 1 by 1 leaving a small space between them on a non-stick tray or that is greased and floured.

Llevamos al horno pre-calentado a 200° por 5 minutos y luego bajamos la temperatura a 170° por 20 minutos mas. Pasado el tiempo los profiteroles deben haber crecido y estar doratidos por fuera, retiramos del horno y dejamos que se enfríen.

We take the oven pre-heated to 200 ° for 5 minutes and then we lower the temperature to 170 ° for 20 more minutes. Over time the profiteroles must have grown and be browned on the outside, remove from the oven and let them cool.

Una vez frios en hora de rellenarlos, normalmente estose hace con crema pastelera, pero esta vez yo preferí hacerlo con arequipe o dulce de leche. Con la ayuda de un cuchillo los abrimos por la mitad y con una manga los vamos rellenando 1 a 1. Algunas personas prefieren rellenarlos por debajo, personalmente me gusta mas hacerlo picandolos por la mitad porque así el relleno se aprecia mas. Ya que todos esten rellenos se colocan en una plato y se le puede agregar un poco de azucar glass por encima para darle un toque mas bonito.

With the help of a knife we ​​open them in half and with a sleeve we are filling them 1 by 1. Some people prefer to fill them underneath, personally I like to do it more by chopping them in half because that way the filling is more appreciated.
