RE: Chef Lim Restaurant // Curry Laksa Noodle!

These restaurants are always a surprise, sometimes it seems like the more complicated they are to access the easier it is to discover hidden gems hahaha. I usually go on purpose at times when most don't usually go, it makes the experience easier, although this place has a very convenient schedule, definitely operating the kitchen all day is a great job that must be recognized.

If the recommended dish is signature, you definitely have to try it hahaha beyond the price it looks great. I had no idea about the absorption of the flat noodles, that I note, it is something very useful.

Your little one's dish looks delicious, I'm not surprised he picked up the hunger hahaha. These family outings are a nice way to get away from the routine and explore new flavors, it's great that you take advantage of those moments to discover and share your experience with us.

I read your description of the dish you ate and it makes my mouth water hahaha I know that the base broth of the Laksa soup is not so easy to achieve if you don't have practice, so I'm glad this experience was good. Keep enjoying!

Yeap, totally agree on the hidden gem at the most complicated road or places. But very worth to find them out.

Yes, authentic curry laksa soup is not easy to make, this shop had cooked it so perfectly. Nowadays, there are many pre-made curry laksa soup paste but fortunately this shop cooked from scratch using recipe passed down. Typing this, I feel like eating it again. Slurp..
Thank you for dropping by my post.🥰

I love to go in search of places like this, sometimes I've ended up in strange places but in the end I've always eaten well hahaha, it's quite an experience.

That's just what I thought about while reading your post, those concentrated stock that are all over the place, good thing this is not the case. Well well, hopefully you can go back soon and keep trying things there, I see that the restaurant is promising hahaha.
