Nejdřív rybu umyjeme a položíme na folii. Osolíme přidáme máslo dovnitř i zvenku ryby, a zlehka posypeme kmínem a rozmarýnem.

Rybu zabalíme do folie a vložíme do trouby péct na 30 minut a asi 150 stupnů celsia.
And we're done. I used potatoes as a side dish. so good taste.
A máme hotovo. Jako přílohu jsem použil brambory. tak dobrou chut.
