Hi foodies happy new month 👋, trust we had a great day. Join me as I prepare this delicious egg sauce, it is easy to prepare and not time consuming. It's can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for me am serving it for dinner and it can be served with rice, cook or fried yam, potato, bread 🍞 with tea ☕...

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOMATO EGG SAUCE

1, Tomato
2, Pepper
3, Ginger
4, Garlic
5, Tomato paste
6, Mix spicy
7, Seasoning cubes
8, Salt
9, oil
10, Curry powder
11, Nutmeg
12, Dryfish
13,Egg

PREPARATION

I Slice the tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and get them ready

In a pot add oil and let it get hot for like 15 sec

In the pot of hot oil add the onion and fry for 30 sec add the ginger & garlic fry for a minute

I add the slice tomatos with the pepper and cook till the water from the fresh tomatoes dry up, I constantly turned it so it doesn't get born.

I add the tomato paste.

  • Adding tomato paste is optional i add it because the fresh tomatoes I have won't be enough

Torn and fry for 3 minutes add the spices and seasonings cubes, nutmeg, Salt. Turn and adjust for salt if needed

I add DryFish which I wash with warm water

  • Dryfish is optional I add it because I like the test it add to the sauce

I turn it and add a little water and cook for a minute

I wash the eggs cracked it and whisk, then i add to the pot & cook with a low heat to avoid burning for 2 minutes

The Tomato Egg Sauce is Ready it takes 30 minutes to prepare.
