Hello friends! Today I'm going to give you an idea of ​​what to do with those barbecue leftovers from your weekend, the meats are usually very dry and lose their fun after a few minutes after lunch, do you agree? because if you haven't done that yet, I suggest you keep your leftovers to reuse in the best way I'll show you below.

The ingredients you will use for this, it varies from your taste, I will mention the ones that I used to my liking;

  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • barbecue sauce to taste
  • 1 tomato

spices;

  • spicy paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt to taste

Cut the ingredients into finer cuts (with the exception of the tomato, which has to be a thicker cut so that it does not fall apart during preparation), so that they are at the quickest point, as you will add meat that has already been cooked , this also facilitates your preparation time.

After cutting the ingredients, leave them aside.

Use a large pan and put butter in it (butter has a very good taste) also use olive oil to keep the butter from burning.

With the butter melted and at a good temperature, add the leftovers from the barbecue.

Then add the spices and seasonings, it is important that you mix it so that everything is uniform, the ideal point of the tomato, which is the most sensitive of all, is that it does not fall apart but has a softer texture when biting. Another important point, if the ingredients start to stick to the bottom of your pan, add a little red (dry) wine to loosen and help with the flavor.

The last item to be added will be the barbecue sauce, after adding it, wick for a few minutes and you can now turn off the heat, I guarantee you it will be delicious, if you want to prepare it, then tell me what you think.
