What is the mushrooms sauce made of? My mother used to add flour, I liked it like that but now I am intolerant to gluten. So I add Curcuma, fresh garlic, and basilic to it.
I'm craving....

Mushrooms are white buttons, no flour on this one. Just forgot to mention that the way I do the sauce also has a little butter (beginning), but its they way you cook them that make them create that thick sauce.
Depending on the consistency you can let them reduce a bit more. My wife likes them a bit liquid like this... but I actually like them super thick.
I like them super think also. That's why I fry them without any oil sometimes.
Forest mushrooms are the ones that I love most.

Most of the forest mushroms like to grow near trees, most of the time under the leaves.
