Ingredients:
~ 100 gr valfrutta 100% veggie mix of fruit and vegetable puree with mango, apple, pumpkin and carrot
~ 100 gr egg white
~ 10 gr organic rice flour
~ 10 gr vanilla whey protein
~ 3 gr baking powder
For the filling:
~ 150 gr fage total 0% fat
~ 4 drops diete.tic
~ mango
~ zero maple syrup
Method:
Lightly whip the egg whites. Combine flour, whey protein, baking powder and the valfrutta mix.
Let it rest for 20/30 minutes.
In a non-stick saucepan over low heat, cook the pancakes.
