Harissa Chicken Kebabs
4 pounds chicken cutlets family pack
Cut your chicken cutlets into cubes and marinate for a few hours with:
6 tbs oil, 5 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs salt, 1 tbs paprika, 1 tbs garlic powder, 2 thinly sliced onions, 6 tbs spicy harissa( Mina brand).
Place the chicken pieces on wooden skewers(previously soaked for a few minutes) and broil them on hi until ready(usually 10 minutes each side),making sure they don’t burn.
Nice and so delicious food. I like it for it... So good
