Nice work! Looking forward to drying food at the end of the season. I do love roasting a big tray of tomatoes with herbs and then blending that and adding it to the freezer - it makes an awesome tasting pasta sauce1

Thanks, ah that is a good idea. I do not think we have tried just roasting the tomatoes and blending them.

I think I am going to try that as I have a whole other pile of tomatoes now...lol
