Yeah, I'm a semi pro cook. 😁 I'm cooking for so long that I often know when something is delicious just by looking at the recipe and the ingredients. My wife can cook too but she likes it when I cook most times.
Very nice - I was a lazy bachelor for a long time and just ate prepped food most of the time. Very lazy (especially when there was beer to enjoy).
I've gotten better the past few years, but really enjoy our charcoal grill and the cast iron on the stove top.
