  1. First of all we will cut the fish nicely here I have taken pangas fish 4 to 5 pieces you can take a little more if you want I washed the fish nicely then we will marinate the fish nicely with yellow salt and chili powder and put it in marine net 5 From 10 minutes so that no smell comes out from the middle, people don't want to eat this fish due to a little smell coming out.

  1. Then we will cut the potatoes nicely and put them in a nice bowl and wash them.

  1. Then we will take some quantity of dal pills in a bowl, our dal pills are very tasty and fun to eat due to which we will continue with dal pills.

  1. Then what we have to do is we will take a pot and put our amount of oil inside the pot. When the oil is hot, we will fry the pangas fish that we marinated nicely. We will fry the dal pills nicely.
  2. In the oil that was in our patil, add onion, garlic, green chillies, etc. I will mix all the ingredients and spices with water.

  1. When our mixed water gets a little hot, we will leave the potatoes inside the oil, after leaving, we will grate them well. After giving dev cover it with a lid after two to three minutes remove the lid we add the dal pills on top of the fish lightly stir it with a stick and cover it again if we add the dal pills beforehand then the dal pills will be over cooked I gave it because it will melt.
In this way, after 5 to 10 minutes, lift the lid and see that your water has become cloudy, then you will put cumin powder inside it, then a very nice aroma will come out from our cooking, then our cooking will be very beautiful and delicious to eat. If you cook at home then you will understand how delicious and fun cooking Pangas fish with potatoes and dal pills is.

This looks inviting. I am salivating already. Can I use any type of fish if I can't find the pangas fish? I love the look and I am sure it would taste as great as it looks. Thanks for the detailed recipe.
