Hola mis amigas y amigos de Hive. Hoy quiero compartirle una receta típica en mi país, es una chicha de arroz la cual es rápida, sencilla y con materiales que todo el mundo tiene o al menos la mayoría😀. Generalmente la realizo para tomar luego de los entrenamientos , que llego a casa super agotado y con esta chicha agarro mas energía.

Hello my friends and friends from Hive. Today I want to share with you a typical recipe in my country, it is a chicha de arroz which is quick, simple and with materials that everyone has or at least most of them😀. Generally, I do it to drink after workouts, that I get home super exhausted and with this chicha I get more energy.

Los materiales que usaremos son:
• Arroz
• Leche
• Azúcar
• Canela
• Vainilla
• Agua

The materials we will use are:
• Rice
• Milk
• Sugar
• Cinnamon
• Vanilla
• Water

Lo primero que deben hacer es cocinar el arroz, es importante no dejar este se seque, ya que se supone que estamos haciendo una bebida y si el arroz se seca o esta duro a la hora licuar quedaran grumos y no será agradable al momento de tomarlo. Para evitar eso al ver lo secarse deben agregar más agua hasta que se ablande.

The first thing they should do is cook the rice, it is important not to let it dry out, since we are supposed to be making a drink and if the rice dries or is hard at the time of blending, lumps will remain and it will not be pleasant at the moment . To avoid that when you see it dry, add more water until it softens.

Una vez que el arroz ya este frio, lo que haremos es colocar todos los ingredientes en la licuadora, las cantidades a gusto, pero si les recomiendo que usen cantidades de arroz o agua para que no quede ni muy aguado ni muy espeso. Luego de unos minutos de licuado ya estaría liso solo que disfrutarla.

Once the rice is cold, what we will do is place all the ingredients in the blender, the quantities to taste, but I do recommend that you use quantities of rice or water so that it is neither too watery nor too thick. After a few minutes of blending it would be smooth just to enjoy it.
