Ingredients;
- A handful water spinach
- Four cloves of garlic
- Two pods of dry chillies
- Two pods of ripe green chillies
- One and half teaspoons of soya sauce
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A tablespoon of water
- A tablespoon flour
A tablespoon of butter
The method of making;

Wash and clean the young water spinach so selected and remove the water.
Cut the washed and cleaned garlic into long slices.
Cut ripe green chillies and dry chillies into small pieces.
Add one tablespoon of water to one tablespoon of cornflakes and stir.

Now keep the flame at medium level and add the chopped garlic and stir for thirty seconds.
Add chopped green chillies and dry chillies.
Then add soya sauce and stir it.
Now add the teaspoon of salt powder and stir well again.
Now increase the heat of the stove very strongly and add the water spinach.
Fry for about thirty seconds and reduce the heat to low.
Finally add the corn flour mixture. Stir well and remove from heat.
This water spinach temperature should be made to a very beautiful color so that the green color of water spinach does not go away. Then you will like the taste as well as the look.
