RE: CineTV Contest: Scorsese: A God Among Mortals

in CineTV3 years ago

Scorsese is a master at finetuning the movies to be just controversial enough to understand the message, yet being very accessible to the general public and the different generations.
While I did not participate in the contest, I feel that an honourable mention to George Lucas should still be in order. Disregarding my bias of loving the Star Wars universe, many of the technological gadgets envisioned by him are slowly becoming a reality in our world nowadays and might not have been for years to come if he hadn't portrayed them to the general public wrapped in a science fiction package so many years ago.

Also a big thank you for founding the cinetv movement papacrusher, while i have not yet dropped any movie posts myself due to lack of time, i have already discovered multiple movies & series to look into on my leisure time.

I concur 1000%, he had a gift of seeing what could be possible and representing that in film.

Thanks, but I'm just the project manager for @cinetv, the true vision came from the amazing mind and vision of @raymondspeaks I'm just fortunate enough that he has entrusted it to me oversee. We would love to see your posts here when you get time!

You do yourself a disservice Mr Crusher - we have an awesome bustling community because of your leadership. I don't think I've added anything in a while
