Indeed replacing rice with another ingredient is a great thing to start a healthy diet. I get used to replacing rice with sweet potatoes, or yam.
Don't forget to drink enough water, do exercise and try to get sunlight in the morning :)

I substitute cassava or potatoes for the rice, thanks for your advice.
