This property is 7kms away (next door to the owner of one of the abandoned properties) so not on my To Buy list, but it looked very nice.
This is what we are calling for now The White House, and is a likely purchase:
There are two houses next to each other. The smaller much older one needs extensive renovation but foundation and cellar are good.
The bigger and newer house (on the left) needs much less work.

There are also two barns:
Both with cellars and both can be converted to living accommodation, maybe four units.
There is a total of four adjoining plots totalling 5500 m2 (1.36 acres), with a good amount of fertile south east facing land for growing food, and plenty of wood for heating and cooking.
An old Bulgarian lady lives next door, the only permanant resident in the neighbourhood. She gave us contact details for both the owners of the properties i intend to buy
Yesterday we met with The White House properly owner, she told me price, which i have agreed is fair and will meet at the property very soon to agree. Today i will go to a notary with copies of paperwork to check all is ok and if i can buy in my name (as i am now a non EU citizen). Fingers crossed.

You are also voting for their witnesses: ocd-witness, and pharesim (who runs curangel - the #1 downvote abuser)... If you're looking for any alternative witnesses, you can check out my list, and this post from ura-soul, listing the ones he supports and asking for more recommendations.
No pressure, just finding that most people don't keep up with their witness votes, and many are under the impression that ocd & curangel actually just do what they say, and have no idea about the rampant zero-ing out of original content, by folks dedicated to Hive for years.

I've read the other article you wrote relating to this. It's so nice of you. I grew up in a neighborhood which neighbors just not less than 3 meters away from our house. It can be quite crowded but it's fun to live with many people.
I wish more people come and build community as harmonious as possible. 😍

It's happening slowly, many are doing so. It will be like a snowball, as more and more people begin creating and living in rural intentional communities.
Especially when communities are very well organised using The Matrix-8 Solution Community Governance System, more and more people will join us at a faster and faster rate, because, all the communities will be connected and inter-trading/sharing in efficient non-violent ways, using their own community crypto coins/tokens (non-violent means of exchange - aka money). We will be able to withdraw our agreement from corrupt governments, stop using them, stop following their rules, and they will then rapidly collapse.

Oh, there are probably many thousands of them in Eastern Block countries in particular. Yougsters left their birth places to escape the Communist regime, parents who stayed eventually died. These places have often been empty for 20 or 30 years.
