Yep, I get the spent grains from 2 different breweries that use the malt that our co-op produces from local Inland Northwest grains. I spread it all over my garden every Winter then till it in in the Spring, the rest of the year it gets dumped in the sheep pen for them and the chickens/ducks to eat.

Probably helps keep everything warm in the winter by feeding the mycellium.

I have never heard of bokashi but just read up on it. Pretty interesting and doesn't look too hard. I'd be able to do 50 gallon drums of it with all the grain I get.
