I would like to share some tip on why you need to exercise your body at least 15minute daily and how it helps your mental health . As we all know we exercise to get our body fit and basically most people do exercises to loss weight, prevent physical diseases and to adjust their body structure or form but do you know that engaging in exercise also helps you mentally in term of depression, anxiety and stress.
Today I would be letting you know the benefits and tips on how exercising daily can boost your mental health in just a little period of time.

HELP REDUCE STRESS: Do you know when you are feeling stressed after your day jobs or activities, doing just 15 to 20minutes walk helps reduce stress.
HELP FIGHT AGAINST DEPRESSION: Do you know that when you engage in exercise your body release endorphins which make you feel relaxed and happier,also make you feel less pain.
BUILDS SELF ESTEEM: Do you know exercising daily boost your self esteem they making you feel more attractive, determined and it also boost your confidence in all aspects. Exercising daily also make you physically fit.
BUILDS YOUR BRAIN: Do you know exercise also improve your memory and also make you remember thing easily. Exercising daily also helps in regaining information clearly and fast,it helps improve your learning skills academically.
So start your exercise routine to help your body,your brain , improve your self esteem and restore your memory. Exercising for a short period of time does a lot of benefit to your life.
