Yoga Keeps You Fit And Healthy

in ecoTrain3 years ago

Today, yoga has a lot of importance in everyone’s life. At present, yoga is very important to deal with the increasing number of diseases. Even though doctors tell us that medicine is necessary for a diabetic patient, it’s not a treatment. Yoga works wonders for diabetic patients. In fact, practicing certain yoga postures is very useful for people with diabetes.

Yoga is such a useful form of permanent treatment, which can treat patients while spending no money or going through rigorous physical workouts. Yoga keeps your body energetic, balanced, stress-free, and in shape, which is why yoga is being adopted by youth on a large scale, especially since the gyms were closed (Gyms in some areas are still closed or have lost their customers).

Mental Peace

Let’s accept that one can achieve physical and mental health through the regular practice of yoga. It keeps your mind calm by getting rid of stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.

The importance of yoga has increased as it has proved a natural way of getting rid of diabetes permanently. Yoga can also cure high and low blood pressure and heart-related diseases. As we all know, the COVID situation has improved now, but as it still exists, these patients need to be very careful. Practicing yoga regularly helps them stay safe.

Many people were seriously worried about their belly fat and many people had problems with the way they were gaining weight, but by practicing yoga they kept themselves fit without going out of their homes.

The demand for yoga gurus has increased in lockdown. People are taking tips from yoga gurus on their phones, online and through WhatsApp to relieve stress, boost the immune system, drive away body pain and lose weight while working from home.

Types of Yoga Practices

People are reducing stress by meditating with Bhujangasana, Markatasana, Bhramari Pranayama, and deep breathing, while others are keeping themselves fit by learning some special yoga postures for Surya Namaskar.

In the lockdown, many people are keeping themselves mentally and physically healthy by practicing yoga every day at home and avoiding the coronavirus. Studies have proved that yoga is important for physical and mental health.

Body balancing

Yoga has become part of the daily routine of many people on lockdown, and during this time the practice of yoga has increased. Yoga gained more popularity during the pandemic, as doctors also advised people to practice yoga.

Disclaimer: While yoga is generally beneficial to one's overall health, complicated postures should be practiced with expert assistance in certain health conditions.

I have mentioned the source so you can't say that post as spun or plagiarized. That's not fair, I have never ever did any plagiarism so I protest.

I think you should (if not doing already) Easy and worth spending few minutes on this although, I use other fitness programs. Thanks!

This is nicely written, @rayt2 but I do wonder where you got your facts from? Things like...

Yoga works wonders for diabetic patients. In fact, practicing certain yoga postures is very useful for people with diabetes.

Yoga can also cure high and low blood pressure and heart-related diseases.

People are reducing stress by meditating with Bhujangasana, Markatasana, Bhramari Pranayama, and deep breathing, while others are keeping themselves fit by learning some special yoga postures for Surya Namaskar.

... all sound very plausible, but I'm guessing you don't just know these things and had to look them up. Including your sources would be helpful in the future, especially when dealing with medically related topics like this.

@traciyork I know all these by self practice as a member of Guru Ramdev's Patanjali Yogapeeth. Here is the picture of the Patanjali where I was in the last month only. I am planning to write a book on Yoga and its benefits. Thanks for your suggestion though!
Note, I joined this community for my interest in this topic because @eco-alex alex is an expert in Yoga.
I took this picture during my 3 day's session there besides we the Indians are expert in yoga and it postures.

He knew them in an older post too, just slightly different wording and minimized a little here, but the knowledge is there!

I will answer every point with detail and research @yaziris
And yes, I know about yoga with my personal experience and not from any online source. Just wait and watch.

@rayt2, you are missing the point mate, and that attitude wouldn't help much in your situation.

1- EVEN when you know A to Z about something, you have to source that information from credible sources.

2- Spinning the same (previously posted) information is a no no.

What source? I have learned it from Guru Ramdev and I have mentioned it several times. This is not from any book or online source so what source should I provide? Thanks for downvoting for nothing and finally this is not attitude but my assurance. @yaziris and what previous post I wrote anything similar?

No doubt, yoga is effective and can help one practice peace within themselves if they keep practising it daily. Thanks for this beautiful information.
