I picked up the saying when I was barefoot walking on the Camino, a long pilgrimage walk between France & Spain. Met so many people in that period I don't even remember which one of them said it. But someone did, and it stuck.

Also, I practice sungazing on occasion (which should be done with caution until one is experienced) and if I had to sum up how it feels to me with two words it would be these. After 30mins of gazing into infinity everything seems to fade away leaving only this behind. Love & Light. I think at our core this is all we are but like an onion we have many layers to peel back before we get to that.
