Chicken breast vegetable salad with orange-lemon sauce

Hi my friends, How are you today?

Before, I didn't care too much about my health and diet. I eat a lot of fat, even eating outside too much leads to heat in the body and weight gain. From January of this year, I monitor my diet more closely and follow the "eat clean" diet. I have seen a significant change in my health and body

I recommend that you regularly eat vegetables and fruits and eat clean by limiting animal fats. You can use olive oil, white chicken instead of red meat. Love yourself right from the simplest thing is eating. And I'm very thankful to @ecotrain for regularly holding cooking contests about healthy food. This is my first time participating in Week 4 Contest. Today I will introduce to you the chicken breast vegetable salad with orange-lemon sauce

This is a simple salad with many ingredients that are easy to find. In eat clean, you should eat a variety of vegetables of different colors and should have 2-3 colors in 1 meal. This salad I created by myself the orange-lemon sauce makes the dish extremely delicious and you should definitely try it once.

Material

  • Salad
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 onion
  • 200g white chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 lemon, 1/2 orange
  • 1 small chili
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon fish sauce

Let's get It Started

  • Step 1: Wash the vegetables. I chopped the lettuce into a large bowl for easy mixing. Slice cucumber, diced tomato and onion

  • Step 2: Cook the chicken with 200ml of water in the pan. You don't need to add any seasonings to keep the sweetness of the meat
    Boiled eggs

  • Step 3: This is the most important step that is making the orange-lemon sauce, but it's also very easy. You squeeze half a lemon, half an orange and add 1 teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of fish sauce. If you don't use fish sauce, you can substitute it with salt
    Stir until the mixture is completely dissolved

  • Step 4: Finally, mix all the chopped ingredients with shredded chicken and orange-lemon sauce. Let the salad rest for about 15 minutes for the vegetables to infuse the sauce

  • Step 5: Decorate the plate with boiled eggs

It only took me 15 minutes to make this very healthy and exceptionally delicious salad. This dish is also very popular with children because it has a natural orange and lemon flavor. The overall dish is very cool, with many colors from natural vegetables and refreshing flavors

it looks lovely! im not even sure we need the chicken in there! :)

White chicken (breast) is good for eat-clean person. And i agree with you if this dish is for vegetarian, we shouldn't use chicken
