인구 1천만 명이 넘는 대도시 중 가장 추운 도시인 하얼빈에서 아시아 겨울 스포츠 축제가 열렸다.

대한민국의 2017년 삿포로 성적은 금 16, 은 18, 동 16 종합 2위였다.
이번에 2025년 하얼빈 동계 아시안 게임에는 쇼트트랙 등 11개 종목 선수 148명 참가하였다.

개회식에서 대한민국은 열 세번째 순서로 개회식장에 들어섰다. 컬링의 김은지, 아이스하키의 이총민이 기수로 나섰고
선수들이 태극기를 흔들며 즐거운 표정으로 입장했다.

하얼빈 동계 아시안 게임은 64개의 금메달을 두고 대장정에 들어섰다.
