The foods that are harmful to some of us may not be to others, but I think the most important thing is to achieve a balance. It is not bad from time to time to indulge in something that we like even if it is not so healthy.
I have done a lot of research since I had my high blood glucose problem. And my conclusion is that the most important thing is to try to eat as much unprocessed food as possible. Good proteins, lots of veggies, fruits and avoid sugary drinks and vegetable oils....
But I have read that coffee is not so bad, the important thing is to drink it in moderation and preferably only in the morning ;)
Oh yes, and avoid processed foods this is my number one tip from my Mommy F. Avoid it and eat more green veggies. I do it too, but I also eat the unhealthy so that iy is more balance.
Yep, I also heard about that, i think it is also good in some areas in our body. But you know how addictive coffee is. It's hard to just have one cup a day especially if you already had a taste of it 😆😆😆
