Aunque el tema de la muerte es algo que frecuentemente cruza mi pensamiento desde una perspectiva realista, pues considero diariamente que puede suceder en cualquier momento sin previo aviso, sinceramente no he redactado un testamento, no poseo grandes bienes como para considerar que mi muerte pueda generar un conflicto de intereses entre mis familiares, por consiguiente según al ley de mi país todo lo que poseo sería heredado por mi único hijo, no obstante si algo me sucede siendo el aún menor de edad considero que tanto su custodia como la protección y resguardo de cualquier cosa que me pertenezca quedara en manos de mi madre en representación de mi hijo hasta que este sea mayor de edad.
Although the subject of death is something that frequently crosses my mind from a realistic perspective, since I consider daily that it can happen at any moment without warning, I sincerely have not written a will, I do not have large assets as to consider that my death could generate a conflict of interests among my relatives, therefore according to the law of my country everything I own would be inherited by my only son, however if something happens to me while he is still a minor, I consider that both his custody and the protection and safekeeping of anything that belongs to me will remain in the hands of my mother on behalf of my son until he is of legal age.

Al no tener algún bien inmueble sinceramente no creo que haya mucho que discutir al respecto por ahora, más adelante si llego a poseer una casa me encargaría sin duda de la parte legal de la documentación así como también un testamento por si acaso, si me pongo a pensar un poco en esto me pone un poco triste que actualmente no tenga algún bien importante para dejarle a mi hijo si algo llegara a sucederme, pero también he hablado mucho con mi mamá al respecto de esto, incluso le he llegado a decir en cuales personas confío tanto como asegurar que estas le ayudaran a mi madre con el cuidado de mi hijo, también le he dejado claro a que personas debe acudir para que le ayuden en términos manejo de mis cuentas y de todo la parte tecnológica que mi ama aun no majea, esto en caso de que me enferme de pronto o tengo algún accidente que no sea mortal pero que me impida tomar decisiones.
Since I don't own any real estate, I honestly don't think there's much to discuss about it for now. Later on, if I end up owning a house, I would definitely take care of the legal part of the paperwork as well as a will just in case. If I stop to think about this a little, it makes me a little sad that I currently don't have any important property to leave to my son if something were to happen to me, but I've also talked a lot with my mom about this, I've even told her which people I trust so much that I can assure her that they will help my mother take care of my son. I've also made it clear to her which people she should go to for help in terms of managing my accounts and all the technological part that my mother doesn't know how to handle yet, this in case I suddenly get sick or have an accident that isn't fatal but that prevents me from making decisions.
Sin duda alguna, dejar un testamento escrito es la mejor forma de evitar cualquier problema que se le pueda presentar a la familia después de la muerte de un ser querido, mucha familias incluso se han llegado a destruir por conflictos relacionados a herencia de bienes, por lo tanto esto mas que una formalidad es algo necesario, sé que en algún momento de mi vida tendré que hacerlo, aunque los bienes materiales menores a mi no me parecen importantes, se que hay persona que se han llegado a pelear hasta por algo tan insignificante como una vajilla de cocina, por esto para mi la mejor decisión que puede tomar una persona es dejar un testamento o simplemente ser una persona totalmente desprendida de esas cosas, lo cual también es respetable, pues hay persona que han decido vivir su vida de una forma bastante minimalista sin la acumulación de cosas materiales en su vida y eso también está bien.
Without a doubt, leaving a written will is the best way to avoid any problems that may arise for the family after the death of a loved one, many families have even been destroyed by conflicts related to inheritance of property, therefore this more than a formality is something necessary, I know that at some point in my life I will have to do it, although minor material goods do not seem important to me, I know that there are people who have fought over something as insignificant as a set of kitchen dishes, so for me the best decision a person can make is to leave a will or simply be a person totally detached from those things, which is also respectable, because there are people who have decided to live their life in a rather minimalist way without the accumulation of material things in their life and that is also fine.

I used to worry for my two sons when they were very young. I started with a will when I began my Nursing career. As time when on I updated my will as they grew up and I gained in assets, mostly my house. They are adults now. They know about my Will, but before that it served it purpose as my own piece of mind should I suddenly pass on.
