Happy Monday, my dear Hivers! I've been eyeing this new passion project of mine since last year- the making of beaded necklace and bracelets. Today I received majority of my parcels containing beads and tools I bought online. The idea of creating my own necklace in whatever design I want excites me. It's like designing my own life.
I'm pretty much a beginner learning through YouTube. But hey, I'm all for passion and creation!
To get some inspiration, countless scrolling in Instagram and Pinterest, ideas overflowed in my head. I love pieces that are fashionable but at the same time I can wear on a daily basis.
Also, over the weekend, I happened to stopped by this boutique that sells charm bracelets and necklaces. I took a photo of them to serve as my inspiration.
Side note though, I don't wear pearls. Fancy or not, i don't wear them because some believe that its a sign of women's misery. But I can't deny the fact that pearls are really attractive. It's just the meaning behind them that I don't like.
I'm almost set, but I still need to buy another wire since I mistakenly bough the copper wire which is not suitable for beaded necklaces. Plus, I need more high quality gems. The ones I bought aren't of quality and are very common. Maybe when I'd be more experience, I will try to sort out gems that are of better quality. And who knows, I can sell my creations too.
Baby steps, as they say. I hope this passion project could grow and develop. Hopefully, I could meet groups of people who have the same passion as mine.

Well, i hope you try them too, one day! For starters, you can just buy a few beads and grow it once youre truly sure you enjoy making beaded necklaces.
I just talked about making bags with bead recently with my friend, I have always had a thing for beads, I intend to learn how to make it professionally but time has always been my issue. I think I also have to start making baby steps concerning it. Thank you for sharing.

Wahhhh, seeing this, mas lalong gusto ko ng epush this as hobby talaga. I thought of buying beads online too when I started loving Stray Kids. I feel like making a bracelets ba that inspired by them or just making it with their names. Diko lang matuloy wala pa kong pang buy, even though mura lang naman haha. But how much did tou orders yours ba? And good luck to this, I hope maka create ka ng maraming style with your own style on it. UwU
Yes2. Lets try this hobby sis. Its really a craft that needs to be honed. So as a beginner, hindi pa talaga sya magiging ganun ka perfect. And thats okay
