For many years I boil, filter then cool the water off, don't trust what comes out the taps.

We have a variety of cucumbers the short fat ones with larger pips inside I grate, drizzle a little vinegar over with salt and pepper makes a wonderful cold salad. The long thin cucumber I simply eat when I feel like something different during the day. Both are very refreshing in a hot climate.

      If water can make you sick, what we learned and it was very bad for two days, so we changed and bought water, so far we have not gotten sick at home.
      Without a doubt, cucumber is very refreshing indeed.
