Look like the app is not showing me notifications, so many people commented and I missed it it all. Thank you for for your long input. I was basically alone the last year in the relationship, so I have spent so much time with myself and I totally exhausted for being alone. What comes ro jobs, I have to degree but the issue is that local companies do only offer low skill work for English/Finnish speakers and for that reason I was actually self-employed for the last 7 years. And it's really difficult to find permanent position as distance based worker. My life is here, I would hate to move abroad just for better salary.

I was self employed for about a decade and really liked it. I only stopped because I was not well enough to continue. I wonder why you decided to stop (you don't have to say, of course).
I think, because of the pandemic, there may be more remote work opportunities now and as time goes on. I wonder what area your training is in. Again, no need to say, but some areas are more conducive to remote work than others.
When I am well and I need money, I usually make a list of my skills. Then I consider what people locally need. I find an overlap and advertise. I call this "casting a wide net." What ends up happening is that some things I advertise result in many responses and steady work. Others end up in fewer responses. It is like a natural selection process for what the local market wants from me.
I have been surprised over the years by the success of this method.
Examples of things I personally have done over the years:
Obviously, what works for you will vary depending on your skills and the local market. You might not like this technique at all. I just mentioned it because you discussed self-employment.

I was working as Executive assistant and I have made my career with start-ups and I don't want to continue to work with them as you never know what is going to happen and the last company id very soon bankrupted. I can't find local work ass Spanish people only want to employ native Spanish. Same goes to English companies, they want native English.
so I can only work with local Finnish companies who need low skill workers or start-ups who are not good employers or do work for multiple clients that is very exhausting. Companies that are based in Finland do not hire workers who do not live there as they want people to be in office. This is the puzzle I'm working with.
