Little by little I will learn to solder well too and who knows this might become my job, why not?
Soldering is good both for a hobby, or simply for a household activity (fixing/making something for yourself, or for your loved ones/friends), and it is also good for a job/profession too.
Welding is very good for a job/profession.
Both of these things are paying well, if you do it good/properly.
