El martes 8 de marzo es el Día Internacional de la Mujer. Este es un día en el que se celebra a todas las mujeres. ¿Hay alguna mujer en tu vida a la que admires o te sientas impactada? O cualquier mujer en general que sientas que contribuyó al adelanto de la mujer? Danos dos razones por las cuales. La contribución a las mujeres puede ser local o mundial.

Tuesday, March 8 is International Women's Day. This is a day where all women are celebrated. Is there any woman in your life whom you admire or feel impacted you; or any woman in general you feel contributed to the advancement of women? Give us two reasons why. The contribution to women can be either local or worldwide.

Provengo de una familia de 10 hermanos, yo fui la tercera hija y en total somos 7 mujeres y 3 hombres, esto ha hecho que la unión entre las mujeres haya sido una de los pilares fundamentales de mi vida, mis hermanas me han enseñado a observar el desarrollo de las mujeres en las todas las etapas de su vida y a entender y aprender a convivir con muchas personalidades diferentes, aunque somos 7 hijas del mismo padre y madre , ninguna es igual a la otra, todas mis hermanas y yo somos únicas a nuestro modo aunque tengamos ciertas semejanzas, cada una de mis hermanas me ha enseñado algo de valor para la vida y admiro a cada una por como es, desde pequeña tuve la guía de mi hermana 2 años mayor que yo y luego me correspondía guiar a mi hermana menor y así fui contrayendo lazos con cada una de ellas, a las que hoy veo como grandes mujeres que ha llevado su vida de manera digna siempre enfocadas en la felicidad familiar.

I come from a family of 10 brothers, I was the third daughter and in total we are 7 women and 3 men, this has made the union between women one of the fundamental pillars of my life, my sisters have taught me to observe the development of women in all stages of their lives and to understand and learn to live with many different personalities, although we are 7 daughters of the same father and mother, none is the same as the other, all my sisters and I are unique to our Even though we have certain similarities, each of my sisters has taught me something of value for life and I admire each one for how she is, since I was a child I had the guidance of my sister who was 2 years older than me and then it was up to me to guide my sister minor and thus I was contracting ties with each one of them, whom I see today as great women who have led their lives in a dignified manner always focused on family happiness.

Mi hermana mayor Emerita desde que era una niña siempre fue mi principal compañera de juegos por ser la más cercana a mi edad, mi hermana siguiente llamada Rosa aunque la amo por igual compartió poco tiempo con nosotros en la etapa adolescente porque se casó muy joven, hoy es una mujer de bien dedicada a su hogar e igualmente digna de admirar, sin embargo gran parte de mi desarrollo adolescente y mi adultez temprana la compartí con mi hermana Emerita a quien agradezco mucho, porque gracias a ella tuve el valor de salir del campo y mudarme a la ciudad, si mi hermana mayor no me hubiera invitado a vivir con ella creo que yo no habría tenido el valor de dejar el campo , eso fue un gran cambio en mi vida porque en la ciudad me convertí en una adulta independiente, conocí al padre de mis hijas y formé mi hogar. Creo que hay mujeres que con su ejemplo nos inspiran y de mi hermana mayor siempre me inspiró su audacia, porque yo es mi niñez y adolescencia siempre fui muy tímida.

Since she was a little girl, my older sister Emerita has always been my main playmate because she was the closest to my age. My next sister, Rosa, although I love her equally, shared little time with us during her teenage years because she got married very young. Today she is a woman of good dedication to her home and equally worthy of admiration. However, I shared a large part of my adolescent development and my early adulthood with my sister Emerita, whom I thank very much, because thanks to her I had the courage to leave the field. and moving to the city, if my older sister hadn't invited me to live with her I think I wouldn't have had the courage to leave the countryside, that was a big change in my life because in the city I became an independent adult, I met the father of my daughters and formed my home. I think there are women who inspire us with her example and my older sister always inspired me by her audacity, because I was always very shy during my childhood and adolescence.

Todas mis hermanas tienen algo que admiro en cada una de sus personalidades y como han enfrentado su vida, mi hermana Macarena es una mujer muy trabajadora y al mismo tiempo es la que siempre mantiene la unión familiar, ella es del tipo de mujer que ayuda a todos y se preocupa por todos, siempre ayuda al más necesitado y aunque algunos pueden considerar esto un defecto ella es de las personas que siempre se pone en último lugar, es decir, ayudar a los demás es su principal prioridad y por eso aunque es de las hermanas del medio ella logra unir a los hermanos mayores y los menores, es como una madre para los menores y un gran apoyo para para los mayores, ella es una mujer muy buena y que inspira mucho, además siempre es una mujer alegre, cuenta chistes y hace reir a todos.

All my sisters have something that I admire in each of their personalities and how they have faced their lives, my sister Macarena is a very hard-working woman and at the same time she is the one who always maintains the family union, she is the type of woman who helps everyone and cares about everyone, she always helps the most needy and although some may consider this a defect she is one of those people who always puts herself last, that is, helping others is her main priority and that is why although she is the middle sisters, she manages to unite the older and younger siblings, she is like a mother to the younger ones and a great support for the older ones, she is a very good woman who inspires a lot, she is also always a happy woman, she says jokes and makes everyone laugh.

Mi hermana Migdalia es una mujer muy fuerte, ella al igual que mi hermana Yeli nacieron con una enfermedad genética que afecta la piel y los tejidos, sin embargo ella obtuvo la peor parte, su enfermedad la ha llevado a realizarse incontables intervenciones quirúrgicas, además que tiene que evitar a toda costa recibir rayos directos del sol, sin embargo ella ha salido adelante, es la única de las hermanas que ha logrado tener grados universitarios y tiene un carácter muy fuerte, es muy persistente con las cosas que ella quiere lograr y admiro eso de ella.

My sister Migdalia is a very strong woman, she, like my sister Yeli, was born with a genetic disease that affects the skin and tissues, however she got the worst part, her disease has led her to undergo countless surgeries, in addition to she has to avoid receiving direct sunlight at all costs, however she has come out ahead, she is the only one of the sisters who has managed to have university degrees and has a very strong character, she is very persistent with the things she wants to achieve and I admire that of her

Mi siguiente hermana es Chiquin, ella es una mujer muy trabajadora y audaz, ella es una persona que siempre está haciendo diligencias, buscando soluciones a las cosas, no tiene miedo a hacer trabajos pesados y siempre es la indicada para hacer los trabajos que no cualquiera esta dispuesto hacer porque requieren mucho esfuerzo, es una mujer empoderada. Otra mujer que admiro es mi hermana Yeli, ella es una mujer que tiene el don de la paciencia y no cualquiera tiene esa cualidad, además ella es una madre muy abnegada, su paciencia y temperamento calmado la hace muy buena con los niños, además que siempre mantiene el orden de su hogar en armonía, esas virtudes me hacen admirarla.

My next sister is Chiquin, she is a very hard-working and daring woman, she is a person who is always running errands, looking for solutions to things, she is not afraid of doing heavy work and is always the one to do the jobs that not just anyone she is willing to do because they require a lot of effort, she is an empowered woman. Another woman I admire is my sister Yeli, she is a woman who has the gift of patience and not everyone has that quality, she is also a very selfless mother, her patience and calm temperament makes her very good with children, besides she always keeps the order of her home in harmony, those virtues make me admire her.

Creo que todas la mujeres de mi familia han sido de admirar , aunque perdí a mi madre muy joven a los 51 años, ella nos enseñó valores importantes para la vida, yo tuve la dicha de tener dos hijos y tuve la bendición de que son mujeres maravillosas, no podía dejar pasar la oportunidad de decirles a mis hijas @irenenavarroart y @mayoly1 cuanto las admiro por su esfuerzo y dedicación a sus estudios, sus trabajos y sus hijos.

I think all the women in my family have been admirable, although I lost my mother very young at 51, she taught us important values for life, I had the happiness of having two children and I had the blessing that they are women wonderful, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to tell my daughters @irenenavarroart and @mayoly1 how much I admire them for their effort and dedication to their studies, their jobs and their children.
