ouch, that's unlucky, if she had a recovery account set up she could change the keys again however with the old keys, but this only works within 30 days of changing them.

Unfortunately, nothing could be done @eddiespino did everything possible to help her but it was in vain, in the end she had to open a new account, sad case....
