I struggle to nap, but it does help my anxiety when I manage to.

Yeah me too - have you ever done a yoga nidra meditation? You should look into them - they're absolutely amazing for settling anxiety and though you aren't really meant to sleep, I always do - but figure I get extra benefit as I'm sleeping and unconciously listening, haha.

I have not heard of yoga nidra. I will check that out, I have tried just about everything else, including medications, so I have nothing to lose. Thank you for the suggestion. I'll look up on Google and YouTube later.

Try instead the insight timer app. Jennifer piercy and still point are my favourites. Look for the sleep ones. You just have to find one you like.

I downloaded it, Jennifer Piercy is very relaxing to listen to, very calming voice and grounding.

Napping makes me feel good too, I can agree with this.
