I would rather buy a house which have been build in the last 10 years.
Low Maintance and value in the market :D

Is there difference in terms of price? How does pricing works there? cause over here newer houses are cheaper.

Low maintenace is debatable 😂 I didn't find my house low maintenance at all.

Wtf? How is newer houses cheaper?? oO

Newer houses is differently not cheaper here xD
"Low Maintance" houses = Newer houses, is on the cheap end in a "normal" size city around 210.000 USD xD

Old houses which requires a lot of work and maintance, is way cheaper :D

Damn, over here newer houses is cheaper because they are built on smaller land and mass produced. Their designs are also minimalistic. Other than the capital, a newer decent city house can cost from $50k-70k but older houses starts mostly $70k and up.

What the fuck, its seems so backwards xD

Shouldn't the new houses be better?? Maybe not better and such, but at least better? :D So more expensive? xD

Is there difference in terms of price?

Rent can be more expensive, since you are paying someone elses mortages.
Where it can be cheaper by owning because of the mortages (better % maybe).

But you also have to pay for everything else if you own a house :D

I'm a buyer. Any place I might need to rent, I can camp.

I never thought about it that way 🤣 but great idea! like whenever you wanna go, just camp

Yep. Earth is my shelter.

I will rent house in the city and then buy property/house in the village 😄

Sorry for the confusing answer

A vacation house is nice and esp if it's in a village 😄

Yeah. My dream retirement house will be in the village.

That's where I am heading as well. I like the convenient of the city but also needing the peace and stillness of village and anywwhere cold really 🤣

get money first. Do you have some? :D

Unfortunately no 🤣

I guess it depends on the main purpose.

Buying, for the simple reason that then its actually mine and I can do whatever I want with it.

I dont see my house as an investment, that would just be a bonus. But I see it as a freedom
