Love this panorama ... I just did one of a local lake, but THIS is truly a stunning one ... the layers of the sky, the mountains, the waters, the shadows upon the water -- LOVE IT!
Panoramas are always one of my favorites.
There are even some kite surfers in the middle of the river but are very hard to see.
Well, I'll be ... now I have to go back and look again at the original ... and YEP, they are there but thanks for the blowup, because I NEVER would have otherwise seen them!
I've looked at this picture several times over the last 5 plus years and today is the first time I noticed them. lol

"Valueplan" is back to funding and spends 1 mio. HBD per year without proper evaluation of impact and zero transparency. These are the top voters! Can some of you please stop wasting money and creating unnecessary sell pressure?
Has it always been like this? HIVE has existed for years and there are no reports that support it?
I'm starting to understand why such a valuable ecosystem has such a low currency value. It doesn't even hold at $0.50, it drops straight away.
What investor would put good money into such a lack of transparency?
A bit of accountability would definitely be welcome... if they were getting that much as a public grant they'd be subject to so much reporting and bookkeeping!

"Low Maintance" houses = Newer houses, is on the cheap end in a "normal" size city around 210.000 USD xD
Old houses which requires a lot of work and maintance, is way cheaper :D
Damn, over here newer houses is cheaper because they are built on smaller land and mass produced. Their designs are also minimalistic. Other than the capital, a newer decent city house can cost from $50k-70k but older houses starts mostly $70k and up.
